IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a Click & Collect Assistant to join our hard-working Fulfilment team. Are you ready to be the hero of our warehouse? Join IKEA Nottingham as a Click & Collect Assistant! You\’ll master ensuring our customers get their orders safely and efficiently. If you\’re all about safety, accuracy, and teamwork, and love making customers smile, we want you on our team! Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older. WHAT WE OFFER • Start Date of employment: 5th & 6th July • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. • 12 to 20 hours, working up to 4 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends. WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Working around heavy machinery, such as, forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. • You will check picked orders for our customers, checking to ensure products are both correct and undamaged. • You will be picking and preparing large volumes of orders for both online & in store collection or delivery. • Your daily duties will include picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. • You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking. • Provide an efficient and accurate collection experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets. • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product and service range offer informed solutions.
