WHAT WE OFFER • Start Date of employment: 5th & 6th July • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. • 12 to 20 hours, working up to 4 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends. WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Working around heavy machinery, such as, forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. • You will check picked orders for our customers, checking to ensure products are both correct and undamaged. • You will be picking and preparing large volumes of orders for both online & in store collection or delivery. • Your daily duties will include picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery. • You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking. • Provide an efficient and accurate collection experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets. • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product and service range offer informed solutions.
