IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome a Click and Collect Assistant to join our hard-working Fulfilment Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be essential in confirming and handing out orders to our customers at our Order Collection point in-store.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Planned induction date of 02 and 03 August 2025.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• This role is 30 hours a week, working 5 days out of 7, including 3 in 4 weekends.
• The hours of operation are between 06:00am and 20:30pm Monday to Sunday.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
• You have experience and enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Checking over and handing out customer orders.
• At times, handling and resolving any after-sales or customer queries that may come up.
• Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
