IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome Click and Collect Assistants to join our amazing Fulfilment Team.

What we offer

  • Start Date of employment will be: 10th November 2025
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
  • 12/16 hours per week working 2 days weekend only, Saturday and Sunday including late evenings. The operational hours are 7am until 9.30pm so we are looking for applicants who are available to work between these hours.

What you\'ll need to have

  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking and handing out of stock or to answer customer questions.
  • You have great problem solving skills using your initiative to provide a smooth customer journey.
  • Ability prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • You are adaptable enabling you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within deadlines for customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive mindset and use your initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Process-driven with a keen eye for detail.

What you\'ll be doing day to day

  • You will handle orders to both customers and our delivery team including handing goods out and processing returned orders.
  • Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service.
  • You will be required to manually handle all of our products ranging from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes.
  • Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
