What You'll Need to Have

  • Curiosity on all things Facilities Management, general knowledge to effectively deliver, organise and follow up on “Hard” and “Soft” FM services.
  • Open to new solutions while promoting sustainability and its impact on energy, emissions, waste, and chemical products.
  • Inspired by orchestrating people in an ever‑changing multi‑dimensional environment, motivated to contribute to positive outcomes through collaboration and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilities Management expert in contract, supplier management and work order management for urgent, planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Established experience in people management, end‑to‑end project management, background in retail FM.
  • Ability to oversee budget and supplier relations.

What You'll Be Doing Day To Day

  • Manage all FM aspects in the store to optimise value and efficiency sustainably.
  • Implement Ingka FM within the store through the Unit FM team.
  • Responsible for each property throughout its life: safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Ensure co‑workers, service providers and partners are aware of FM frameworks, guidelines and initiatives.
  • Manage asset management, long‑term planning, budget estimation, implementation, follow‑up, forecasting and reporting within FM scope.
  • Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at store level in alignment with governance for efficiencies, costs and quality.
  • Provide effective leadership, inspire and empower co‑workers, develop skills and secure succession planning.
