ABOUT THE ROLE:
Were looking for passionate individuals who love design and thrive on creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will:
  • Manage and follow up on appointments
  • Visit customers homes to plan and design kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
  • Guide customers through the full journeyfrom first contact to delivery and installation
  • Achieve a KPI target AND conversion from appointment to sale
Youll play a key role in developing IKEAs presence in Inverness and showcasing our amazing furniture offering to a new customer base.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
  • Strong customer focus and ability to actively listen and provide solutions
  • Experience in sales and design planning (kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms preferred)
  • Ability to manage your own diary and work independently
  • Comfortable achieving KPIs and driving sales conversions
  • High numeracy and ability to use digital tools and systems
  • Passion for home furnishing trends and sustainable solutions
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
  • Book and manage customer appointments and follow up on requests
  • Visit customers homes to provide design and planning support
  • Showcase IKEAs range and create tailored solutions
  • Convert appointments into successful sales
  • Stay updated on trends and customer needs to offer relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with in-store teams for support when needed
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Starting salary from £30,000 plus car or car allowance
  • 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including evenings & weekends
  • Permanent contract
  • 2 weeks of training in store upon joining
  • Mandatory background checks, including medical history
  • Hold a valid driving licence for 2+ years
