We are looking for a Nightshift Automated Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Peterborough.

• Start Date: 10th December
• Salary: £31,500 per annum, based on competence and experience
• Nightshift allowance: £2.25 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 nights per week, 22:00‑06:00
• Flexibility can be discussed during interview

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or proven performance in related fields
• 1‑2 years technical/automation experience
• Experience at tactical, operational, and strategic levels
• Retail/home‑furnishings/supply chain/customer service experience and interest
• Proven analytical and numerical skills to identify actions
• Problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Ability to prioritise and organise work efficiently

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise automation systems for end‑to‑end fulfilment processes
• Handle errors, minor bug fixes and maintain a clean environment to secure high performance
• Implement and coordinate level 0 support, analyse disturbances and respond to disruptions in configuration
• Accountable for system deployments and develop operational competencies
• Create actions from agreed KPIs and track the process according to system setup definition
• Adapt and support the integration of new automation or projects
