IKEA Doncaster DC are looking to welcome a Part-time Kitchen Production Assistant to join our delightful and hardworking team.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who is passionate about serving simple, good-quality food.

As a Kitchen Production Assistant, you will support in producing our meals in our busy co-worker restaurant - including our meatballs and hot dishes!

WHAT WE OFFER The Start Date of employment will be 21st of September 2026. £15,736.50 per annum, 22.5 hour contract. £10,491.00 per annum, 15 hour weekend only contract. 22.5 hours per week working 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends.

Working rotational shifts of 06:30am - 14:30pm and 12:30pm - 20:00pm. 15 hours per week working weekend only, Saturday and Sunday working rotational shifts of 06:30am - 14:30pm and 12:30pm - 20:00pm.

Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

You enjoy working in a busy role, where you will be multi-tasking and working to deadlines.

Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.

Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY You will be preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment to offer a taste of Sweden to our co-workers and external partners.

The kitchen is a safety-first, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail for all things safety as well as efficient multi-tasking to ensure IKEA remains a safe place for people to work and have fun.

Preparing for the next day's trade, as well as managing waste and working in a sustainable and cost-conscious way.
