We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting a critical compliance task, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations within our Customer Distribution Centre in Peterborough.
This role offers the flexibility to manage your work around the task requirements.

WHAT WE OFFER
- This role is a 6 month fixed term contract starting from the 24th of August 2026.
- Full Time: 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7. After an in-unit training period this role will be open to hybrid and flexible working.

- Relevant experience in administrative operations or data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload to make the most efficient use of available time and meet agreed goals and deadlines.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, particularly when faced with operational challenges.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail, especially when completing repetitive data entry and reporting tasks.

- Handling sensitive co‑worker information, ensuring discretion, confidentiality and dignity every step of the way.
- Managing and coordinating local People & Culture service delivery to ensure risk, compliance and operational standards.
