IKEA Hammersmith is looking to welcome an IKEA Food Operations Manager to join our delightful and hardworking team.

  • Competitive starting salary of £35,500 per annum based on skills and experience.
  • 39 Hours, working 5 days per week and includes 2 weekends per month

  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
  • At least 3 years experience leading a team in a fast paced food operation.

Extensive food safety knowledge and experience, keen eye for detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Motivated by the food business, exploring new opportunities, and meeting customer expectations to support business growth.
  • Ability to share and live IKEA values, with a commitment to people and the trends that influence them.
  • Motivated to coach, inspire, and develop co‑workers, both within the specialist team and in the markets, while encouraging an agile mindset and readiness for change.

  • Ensure a commercial food experience that is safe, people and planet positive, healthy and delicious, affordable and convenient, human and joyful, with a Swedish touch.
  • Lead the Food team, improve food operational competence, and address key gaps in food quality and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
