IKEA Exeter is looking to welcome Safety and Security Assistants, referred to as Business Risk and Compliance Co‑workers, to join our delightful and friendly team. As a Safety and Security Assistant you will build your customer service skills and work with our many in‑store guests to help create a wonderful everyday experience. We have 12‑hour contracts working at our co‑worker entrance, checking in visitors, contractors, etc., ensuring risk is managed and safety is maintained throughout the building. Work will also include opportunities across the wider store to contribute to a safe environment for customers and co‑workers.

Qualifications
- Interest in and experience in retail, strong customer service skills, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
- Support the Safety & Security function by monitoring and reviewing CCTV and other security infrastructure.
- Meet and greet all persons entering the store, managing visitor, contractor, and co‑worker access.
- Complete administrative tasks such as compliance and auditing paperwork.
- Interact professionally with customers, addressing issues such as forgotten scans.
- Use safety and security systems, receiving full in‑role training.
