IKEA Exeter is seeking a Warehouse Shift Coordinator to join our team as a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator.

You’ll be the conductor of logistics, orchestrating the flow of products with precision during night shifts and ensuring safe handling of goods.

This is a full-time, permanent role at 39 hours per week with alternating weekends.

The starting salary is £30,000 per annum, plus a night-shift allowance of £2.25 per hour. Start date: 8 August 2026.
