IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome Early Morning Warehouse/Store Replenishment Operatives to join our hard-working Fulfilment Operations team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, come help us build a better everyday life for the many.

Please note the group interview is scheduled for 3rd September at 10.00am - 12pm. If invited to interview, we would require you to be able to attend at this time.

WHAT WE OFFER

Start Date of employment will be: 27th September 2026

  • £13.45 per hour, nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10:00pm to 06:00am.
  • FLT allowance £1.50 per hour following successful completion of training.
  • 18 hours working 3 days per week, 24 hours working 4 days per week and 30 hours working 4 days per week, 3 out of 4 weekends a month.
  • This is an early morning role, with shifts between 04:00am and 10:00am in the morning.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Previous warehouse/FLT experience is preferred but not essential. All you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment:

  • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
  • This is a physical, hands-on role, so enjoying a role where you move pallets and products around the store to their sales locations is important.
  • Due to Health and Safety Regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

Performing stock replenishment in our warehouse and shop floor, this is a heavy manual handling role:

  • Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time replenishment, using systems provided.
  • Working with or around heavy machinery, such as forklift trucks and pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
