As a leading provider of specialised supported housing, we are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team.
Location: DL4 area (Shildon/West Auckland/Ferryhill/Kirk Merrington area - Durham) – With travel required to Tankersley, South Yorkshire as required
Working hours: 24 hours per week (we are more than happy to discuss flexible working patterns that fit these hours but no less than 3 days per week between Mon-Fri)
About this role: As a Housing Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, delivering both general and intensive housing management services. From tenancy sign‑ups to resolving tenancy related concerns, you will play a key role in maintaining thriving communities and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. This is a remote, desk‑based role, with travel to properties required on an ad hoc basis as needed within the Durham County (Shildon, West Auckland, Ferryhill).
