The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of the Firm’s communications and marketing strategy across all channels and geographies. Working closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing, this role involves hands‑on coordination of marketing materials, digital content, events and brand initiatives. The position offers broad exposure to private equity marketing, combining creative, digital and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across Europe.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collateral – including presentations, brochures and investor‑facing materials – to ensure consistent branding throughout.
- Support the creation and editing of digital content, including website updates, newsletters and social media posts, in line with the Brand Bible and Brand Guidelines.
- Liaise with external agencies (designers, printers, digital specialists) to ensure timely and high‑quality deliverables.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity and brand message across all Firm communications.
- Manage the production of IKommunicate, the Firm’s monthly internal newsletter, with guidance from the Director of Communications & Marketing.
- Support the coordination of the internal Lunchtime Teach‑Ins, including logistics, materials and post‑event analytics.
- Provide support on drafting press releases and external announcements as needed, with guidance from the Director of Communications & Marketing.
- Maintain and update the Firm’s website and LinkedIn page, ensuring fresh, accurate and engaging content.
- Track and report digital analytics (traffic, engagement, impressions) to measure performance and guide improvements.
- Manage the scheduling and posting of social media content in line with the agreed content calendar.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, such as investor meetings, conferences and receptions.
- Prepare briefing notes and supporting materials for speakers and presenters ahead of events.
- Coordinate marketing logistics, invitations and event materials.
- Maintain a library of marketing assets, photography and templates for internal use.
- Conduct market and media research to support communications initiatives and track competitor and industry activity.
- Assist in preparing marketing performance reports, dashboards and summaries for management presentations.
- Keep track of deadlines, project timelines and budgets across live workstreams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Two to four years’ experience in communications or marketing, ideally within Financial Services, Asset Management, Professional Services or a business‑to‑business environment.
- Strong writing, editing and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without close supervision.
- Professional, proactive and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) an advantage.
