We are looking for a Network IT Ops Engineer with strong end-to-end IoT delivery experience to design, integrate, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale IoT solutions. The role involves hands-on work across IoT devices, networks, protocols, and security, not just monitoring dashboards.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot end-to-end IoT solutions, translating requirements into network-integrated architectures
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and communication modules into enterprise networks
- Secure onboarding, isolation, and segmentation of IoT devices using Cisco SD-Access, Cisco DNA Center, and network segmentation strategies
- Implement IoT security controls for devices, data, and network access
- Hands-on troubleshooting of IoT hardware + software, including protocols and connectivity
- Strong programming skills in C / C++ / Python (Java is a plus)
- Practical experience with IoT protocols: MQTT, CoAP, Thread
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance evaluations, and design scalable IoT architectures
- Produce architecture documentation, design specifications, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (network, security, cloud, OT)
Strong Differentiators:
- Experience with Cisco IoT networking (SD-Access, DNA Center)
- Designing network segmentation specifically for IoT environments
- Cloud IoT platforms: AWS IoT, Azure IoT
- Exposure to OT / Industrial IoT environments
- Experience scaling IoT deployments beyond pilot / POC stage
- Real-world IoT deployment experience is a must
