IIT Carpentry are seeking an Estimator, on a part-time freelance basis, for 2 days per week. This role can be hybrid working 50/50 with working from our office.

Candidates should have a solid proven knowledge and experience in pricing Carpentry packages, involving the typical scope of works listed below. This role involves preparing accurate quotations for carpentry packages, where the successful candidate will study project requirements, evaluate plans, and source competitive supplier quotes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the operations team and clients to provide clear and detailed bids, as well as ensure efficiency, scope accuracy, and budget compliance. Regular reporting and clear communication with both internal teams and clients is required.

Company Description: IIT Carpentry Ltd are based in Cannards Grave, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 4LY, offering Carpentry and Joinery solutions to Developers, Main Contractors and Builders across the South West.

  • Finals, including ironmongery, mirrors, slatted shelving, access hatches, furniture, fixings and equipment
  • Kitchen fitting
  • Joinery installation
