Are you a skilled Cycle Technician or Bike Mechanic looking for a flexible part-time role? We\'re hiring a passionate and experienced technician to join a busy and supportive workshop team in Oxford, working 3 days per week.

As a Cycle Technician, you\'ll carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard. You\'ll be based in-store in a customer-focused workshop and help support the wider cycling community through sustainable, affordable repair solutions.
This is a hands-on, workshop-based role in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Bike servicing, repairs and safety checks
- Diagnosing faults and recommending solutions
- Building bikes and fitting parts/accessories
- Supporting product recycling and reuse initiatives
- Providing in-store technical advice to customers
- Keeping workshop systems, tools, and stock well organised
- Learning and developing new technical skills
- Has experience as a Bike Mechanic or Cycle Technician in retail or workshop settings
- Has a strong interest in cycling, bikes, or sport
- Holds or is working toward Cytech Level 2 (not essential)
- Is confident talking to customers and solving problems
- Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing knowledge
- Values sustainability, repair and reuse in the cycling world
- Is comfortable using IT systems to manage workshop tasks
