Part-Time Customer Service Advisor – 3 days a week | Knutsford | £25,500 (pro rata)
Hours: 3 days per week + every other Saturday AM | Office-based
We\’re partnering with a growing business in Knutsford to find a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, is highly organised, and wants a role that blends customer care with hands-on fulfilment.
You\’ll play a key role in making sure customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and with the personal touch the business is known for.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders quickly and accurately
- Helping to receive and organise incoming e-commerce stock
- Communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat
- Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organised
- Supporting with courier queries, returns, and exchanges
- Working with the store and buying teams on stock availability
- Assisting with regular stock checks and reconciliations
What We\’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive people-person with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Confident using basic computer systems (training provided)
- Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
