We\’re supporting a high-growth business that\’s going through a really exciting phase transitioning from an outsourced HR model to building a full in-house function. It\’s the kind of environment where you\’ll get to shape, lead, and make a tangible difference from day one.
They\’re now looking for a Head of HR to take the reins across a growing national network. With recent investment and a renewed focus on culture and capability, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and best practice HR delivery
- Experience managing teams and working closely with operational leaders
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
Location: Hybrid, with around 3 days a week based in the Reigate area, and some wider travel to other UK sites as needed.
