What You\βll Be Doing
We\βre looking for a Footwear Designer; bringing energy, originality, and care to everything you create. You\βll work closely with other designers and category managers to deliver seasonally relevant footwear concepts β that are innovative, functional, and beautifully considered.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and creative vision into design concepts
- Set the seasonal workload and ensure delivery against timelines
- Build designs with a solid understanding of footwear construction, costing, and materials
- Work fluidly across projects and categories, from early ideation to final design packs
- Contribute to market research, trend reports, and product storytelling
- Develop your 3D design and Adobe Suite skills in a real-world environment
- Participate in off-sites and creative events, growing your confidence and voice as a designer
- Collaborate across product, merchandising, development and marketing teams
About You
- 4+ years of experience in footwear
- Digitally fluent: confident in Adobe Suite; 3D skills a big plus or eager to learn
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
- Collaborative and respectful β someone who contributes to a calm, supportive team energy
- Deep interest in construction, manufacturing, materials, and sustainability
- Naturally organised β able to manage multiple timelines and deadlines
