Role Overview
We seek an ambitious Buyers Assistant to join our Buying team. This role offers hands-on experience in the full buying cycle, working closely with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to develop exciting product ranges.
Responsibilities
- Manage the critical path, ensuring timely deliveries and approvals.
- Coordinate with suppliers/factories on handovers, fit comments, and approvals.
- Handle sample processes, including organising, tracking, and prepping for sign-offs.
- Assist with range selection, product briefs, and keeping relevant data organised.
- Maintain merchandise files and systems accurately.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Studio, and E-Commerce teams for stock launches.
- Attend fit sessions, log notes, and ensure approvals.
- Provide administrative support to keep the department efficient.
