IIQAF Group is seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records and transactions for our hospitality operations in London. The ideal candidate will handle accounts reconciliation, ledger maintenance, invoicing, payroll support, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices, payments, and receipts for hospitality operations
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and hospitality regulations
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense tracking
  • Liaise with management to provide financial insights and reporting
  • Monitor cash flow and bank transactions for accuracy
  • Maintain organized and secure financial documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Clerk, or Hospitality Finance Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles, VAT, and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial records
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel accounting
