IIQAF Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to manage and execute events across our hospitality portfolio in London. The ideal candidate will oversee event planning, coordination, logistics, vendor management, and guest experience, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, conferences, and hospitality functions
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage event budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate guest registration, invitations, and RSVPs
- Ensure logistics, AV equipment, catering, and venue setup are executed flawlessly
- Maintain high-quality standards in guest experience and hospitality service
- Monitor event feedback and provide post-event reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and hospitality regulations
- Assist in promoting events through marketing channels and social media
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator, Event Planner, or Hospitality Event Manager
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
