日本語がネイティブの方を募集しておりますので、海外渡航が必要な際はVISA・渡航費をサポートいたします。
主な業務:
- Cisco/Juniper機器を用いたLAN/WAN/ファイアウォール設計・実装・ドキュメント作成
- プリセールス提案書作成、工数見積もり、営業部門との連携
- 顧客要件管理、関係構築、エスカレーション対応
- システム統合サービス提供、リスク評価・軽減、ナレッジ移転
- サードパーティベンダー管理と品質保証
- 1~3次サポート業務とサービスデスク改善
必須:
- Cisco/Juniper実務5年以上(OSPF, BGP, VPN)
- Windows AD/DHCP/DNS/GPO運用
経験
- 500名規模以上多拠点環境の導入経験
- ビジネスレベル英語+ネイティブレベル日本語
- 高いコミュニケーション力
- 意思決定力
