SAP導入済みのお客様(在英日系法人がメイン)に対する2ndラインサポートの提供。具体的には、顧客の機能追加要望等があった際に、顧客の本社IT部門との間に立って、コミュニケーションブリッジの役割を担っていただきます。
顧客要件を定義し、正確に開発部門に伝え、またシステム仕様を正しくユーザーに説明し、場合によってはユーザートレーニング迄になっていただきます。

必要なスキル
- SAP(FI/COまたはMM/SD)モジュールのサポート経験、最低5年以上~
