日本語がネイティブの方を募集しておりますので、海外渡航が必要な際はVISA・渡航費をサポートいたします。
主な業務：
• Cisco/Juniper機器を用いたLAN/WAN/ファイアウォール設計・実装・ドキュメント作成
• プリセールス提案書作成、工数見積もり、営業部門との連携
• 顧客要件管理、関係構築、エスカレーション対応
• システム統合サービス提供、リスク評価・軽減、ナレッジ移転
• サードパーティベンダー管理と品質保証
• 1～3次サポート業務とサービスデスク改善
必須:
• Cisco/Juniper実務5年以上（OSPF, BGP, VPN）• Windows AD/DHCP/DNS/GPO運用
経験
• 500名規模以上多拠点環境の導入経験
• ビジネスレベル英語＋ネイティブレベル日本語
• 高いコミュニケーション力
• 意思決定力
