SAP導入済みのお客様(在英日系法人がメイン)に対する2ndラインサポートの提供具体的には、顧客の機能追加要望等があった際に、顧客の本社IT部門との間に立って、コミュニケーションブリッジの役割を担っていただきます。
顧客要件を定義し、正確に開発部門に伝え、またシステム仕様を正しくユーザーに説明し、場合によってはユーザートレーニング迄になっていただきます。
サポート対象モジュール: FI、CO、MM、SD
必要なスキル:
- SAP(FI/COまたはMM/SD)モジュールのサポート経験、最低5年以上
- ステークホルダーマネジメント: 顧客に寄り添いつつ本社IT部門側の制約等も踏まえ、問題解決を進められる方
- 最低限の財務・会計知識
- 日本語能力必須(顧客の本社側メンバーとシステム要件について日本語で会話できるレベル)
- 英語力(読み書き必須、会話については、VISA申請までにB2を取得できるレベル)
