The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This business is well established in its market and benefits from a high proportion of inbound M&A and sell-side activity. It has a high market share of the mid-market Technology sector.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech sector and have accrued M&A experience in a well-regarded mid-market platform or Big 4, and will be looking to transition into a more entrepreneurial environment with more ownership. Previous TMT experience is not a prerequisite.
Primary responsibilities of an Analyst or Associate include:
- Aiding origination, management, and execution of transactions (in collaboration with the wider team)
- Performing detailed sector and company research
- Financial and capital modelling, creating presentations, and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution
In your career to date, you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Robust experience with and solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation principles
- M&A deal experience - (TMT or Technology sector exposure is advantageous)
- A strong understanding of financial markets
- Exceptional academic credentials
