The Sr. HRIS Analyst will serve on the Oracle HCM Cloud HRIS team, providing valuable insights into system configuration and design. The role focuses on continuous process and system improvements for the global Human Resources (HR) organization. The individual will collaborate closely with HR business groups worldwide, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Benefits, and Compensation, along with internal and external partners. The focus is on functional and technical foundational work related to HR applications and strategic projects impacting Human Resources globally. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Support the global user community for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud (ORC) applications Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend or implement solutions Manage application setup and configuration to support enhancements and additional functionalities Lead testing and verification for quarterly releases, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Develop documentation and training materials for end users Review quarterly cloud releases and coordinate testing activities Assess system enhancement requests, scope requirements, and deliver solutions with proper documentation Configure, test, audit, report, troubleshoot, and support integrations within the system Maintain systems with complex business rules, formulas, and workflows within core applications Monitor departmental information needs and modify systems accordingly Collaborate with HRIS staff to resolve programming and related issues Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher, and HCM Analytics Deploy Oracle HCM Fusion AI tools Education & Experience Bachelor\’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered Experience as an HRIS Analyst or in HR Applications Development Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications, especially Core HR and Recruiting Cloud Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes; experience with database tools Preference given to candidates with experience in using Artificial Intelligence for internal process automation Skills Comprehensive understanding of the HR Business Life Cycle Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities Excellent written and oral communication skills Flexibility in work hours and workload management Safety Requirements All employees must adhere to site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
