About iHus
iHus is the UK's leading specialist annexe provider. For over twenty years we've helped families realise the benefits of multi-generational living — designing, planning and constructing more than 500 high-quality, self-contained annexes across the country.
Multi-generational living is one of the biggest shifts in UK housing. Demand has surged 112%, "annexe" is now the #2 most-searched keyword on Rightmove, and yet properties with an existing annexe make up just 2% of UK housing stock. That gap is what we're here to close.
The Opportunity
We have built something genuinely new. Using AI and proprietary sector data we can now identify and target independent estate agents nationally, automatically generating bespoke introductory letters and a partner portal that lets them refer interested customers in two clicks.
What we need now is the person to own, drive, and build a thriving partnership programme — and then take that proven model into adjacent sectors (finance and IFAs, legal, and beyond).
How the programme works:
- AI targets relevant agents
- Bespoke intro letter
- Agent gets in touch
- Onboarded onto the portal: two-click referrals, free planning reports, live commission tracking
- Agents can earn up to x3 times what they earn on regular property sales.
What you'll do
- Build the programme: Own the nationwide estate agent partnership programme end-to-end — from first conversation to long-term account relationship.
- Be the "person at iHus" agents want to speak to: warm, expert, and quick to respond.
- Onboard new partners onto our bespoke portal, walk them through the free planning report tool, the pre-populated client emails and the commission tracker.
- Drive growth: Hit and grow toward a target of 50–100 actively-referring independent estate agents.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to evolve the AI-powered targeting, the introductory letters and the supporting collateral.
- Evolve iHus from predominantly consumer-marketing and develop a B2B channel.
- Scale into adjacent sectors: Once the estate agent model is proven, lead the expansion into other sectors, and shape the partnership strategy into one of iHus' core revenue lines.
About you
- We're looking for entrepreneurial spirit and ownership. You want to take something with real potential and make it yours.
- You're friendly and ambitious in equal measure — a genuine team player who's comfortable selling and equally good at building relationships that last.
- Entrepreneurial. Happy with a blank page. You take ownership and run with it.
- A team player. Friendly, collaborative, easy to work with.
- Ambitious. You want to build something significant — for iHus and for yourself.
- Comfortable selling and nurturing in equal measure. Confident on the phone, in a meeting, and closing a deal, without being pushy.
- Commercially minded. You can see how something scales and where the friction is.
- Useful but not essential: B2B partnerships or business development experience; existing relationships with independent estate agents; experience launching something from scratch.
What's on offer
- £26k - £32k salary with genuinely uncapped commission.
- Ownership of one of iHus's most important new revenue lines.
- The tech, marketing and team support to make it work.
- Initial flexible / reduced-hours arrangements considered for the right person.
- A clear path to senior responsibility as the programme scales.
