Role Description

The Automotive Body Shop Worker will perform day-to-day vehicle body repair tasks, including panel beating, dent removal, sanding, filling, and preparation for paint.

Responsibilities include assisting with painting and refinishing processes, fitting and aligning body panels, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

The role also involves using hand and power tools, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following workplace health and safety procedures.

The worker will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to complete jobs on time and communicate any issues with parts or vehicle condition.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Horsham.

Qualifications

  • Experience or training in vehicle body repair, panel beating, and basic refinishing techniques.
