IHG is seeking an HR Director, UK & Ireland Hotels, to lead the people strategy across the division, partnering with the UK & Ireland Managing Director and leadership team. You will oversee HR for a diversified estate including managed, leased and franchised hotels and work closely with owners and third-party operators to protect the IHG brand.

You’ll shape workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness and leadership capability, while guiding talent development and succession planning.
