We are looking for an authentic and driven F&B Service Team Member (Part-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. We’re a little bit classic, a little bit rebellious and always full of character! From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
We have a variety of part-time contracts available from 16 hours per week up to 35 hours per week. We are looking for people to join our Breakfast and our Restaurant/Bar Teams.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be serving our guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders!
- Availability to work from 16 hours per week with weekend availability
- Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
- Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
- Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
- Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
