We are looking for an authentic and driven Front Office Nights Team Member (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. From buzzing social spaces to unforgettable dining and events, we create stays that feel vibrant, personal and anything but ordinary.
What do you need to be a Front Office Nights Team Member? Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Taking care of our guests throughout the night, responding to any queries or requests and ensuring late arrivals are met with a warm welcome.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks throughout the night such as cleaning or preparing reports to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
This role is varied and you may be completing different tasks depending on the needs of the Hotel!
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work 5 nights across the week, shift times 22.45 - 07.15.
- Experience working as a Nights Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a Hotel is beneficial.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
- Confidence in working on Hotel systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a big plus.
- A willingness to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
- A drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
