voco Grand Central Hotel are looking for our next Mixologist to join us in creating a warm voco welcome for our guests! Full & Part Time roles available with an immediate start. Our locally curated voco Grand Central stands strong in Glasgow’s city centre, bringing together un-stuffy service and a warm Glasgow welcome to our business and leisure guests alike.
As an experienced Mixologist, you will have a creative flair, be someone who can entertain and educate our guests whilst mixing drinks, talking to customers about spirits and offering trivia and history about various alcohols to keep customers engaged. You will have vast knowledge of signature cocktails but also love creating something new, unique, and fun. Keeping up to date with seasonality and cocktail trends and making recommendations to our guests!
You are passionate about people, delivering a great service and a little bit of glamour — this is your moment to shine. Must have previous experience working as a Senior Bartender, Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist and are used to working in a busy environment.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Availability to work Full Time 40 hrs per week.
- A personal license (highly beneficial).
- An un-stuffy, thoughtful approach to service.
- An interest in our environment and sustainability.
