Podium at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor. Join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family! We are looking for someone who can work 39 hours per week, across 5 shifts per week between the Bar, Restaurant and Breakfast. Shift start times from 5:30am for breakfast shift, closing shift up to 2:00am for the bar.

Join the team at Podium, our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of Manchester where great food and genuine hospitality come together. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Podium, you will:

  • Support our Podium Manager in leading the food and beverage team across breakfast, bar and restaurant service - ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and consistently well looked after throughout their visit.
  • Oversee daily operations across all service periods - coaching and supporting team members to deliver efficient, friendly and well-organised service from morning through to evening.
  • Maintain strong awareness of dietary restrictions and allergen requirements - ensuring accurate communication between guests and the kitchen and that procedures are followed correctly at all times.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends as all service periods are key and busy parts of our operation.

Previous experience in food and beverage supervision is important, ideally in a hotel or similar environment. If you enjoy leading by example, supporting your team and being an enthusiastic team player, we’ll provide the training you need to thrive.
