At Kimpton Fitzroy London, we are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join us in Fitz's Brasserie within our luxury hotel in Central London. Located in the heart of Kimpton Fitzroy London, Fitz's Russell Sq. features three opulent spaces with unique personalities. Fitz's Brasserie is a sophisticated eatery serving classic British dishes elevated from modern palates, and Fitz's Bar & Parlour is a glamorous drinking den and all-day parlour. Here, guests can dine on quintessentially British cuisine, sip finely crafted cocktails, and savour a late-night tipple (or two). Join us to help create a London experience like no other!
As our Restaurant Supervisor, we will support you to:

What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every visit is memorable.
- Lead by example on the floor, supporting and developing team members.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism.
- Manage shift duties including cashing up, stock control, and VIP hosting.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Promote upselling, offers, and key business drivers.
