The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for a dynamic Concierge. Join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family! Nestled in the iconic Beetham Tower, this hotel features 279 elegantly designed rooms with stunning skyline views. Enjoy upscale amenities, including sky bar Cloud 23, 2 Rosette Podium Restaurant, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, with 14 meeting rooms and over 1,800 square feet of event space.

As a Concierge (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a warm and authentic Hotel Indigo welcome, supporting with any luggage or additional requirements.
  • Recommending food, drinks and entertainment for our guests, adjusting your approach to the wants and needs of each individual guest.
  • Working closely with our reception team to ensure all of our guests leave with a smile on their face.
  • A full UK-drivers license is required for this role as you will also carry out valet parking duties for our Guests’ cars.
