This isn’t a traditional graduate analyst role. From day one, you’ll support projects and priorities that matter to our CEO and Executive Committee, helping shape decisions that influence the future direction of IHG. You’ll work across global regions including the Americas, EMEAA and Greater China, partnering with stakeholders from a wide range of functions and supporting strategic initiatives that span growth, sustainability, commercial performance and long-term value creation. You’ll gain exceptional exposure to senior leaders and learn how strategy is developed, tested and executed within a truly global organisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Support strategic priorities and high-impact projects sponsored by the CEO and Executive Committee.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret internal and external data to help answer critical business questions.
  • Create high-quality materials and presentations for senior leadership audiences, including Executive Committee discussions.
  • Contribute to strategy projects covering areas such as market growth, sustainability, channels and business performance.
  • Assist with annual strategic planning, investment discussions and enterprise-wide performance reviews.
  • Support competitor and market analysis, helping identify key trends, opportunities and threats across the hospitality sector.
  • Work with regional and functional leaders to develop fact-based recommendations and business cases.
  • Contribute to complex strategic initiatives, including corporate development and M&A activity where appropriate.
