voco Grand Central Glasgow is seeking an experienced Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of memorable events, exceptional service and a warm voco welcome. The role sits at the heart of our high-volume operation, overseeing weddings, galas, conferences and private celebrations with three function suites.
You’ll inspire and coach a hands-on team, collaborate with Sales & Events, Kitchen and hotel colleagues, plan staffing and budgets, and ensure spaces are presented to the highest standards.
