A fantastic opportunity for a Front Office Porter to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square! You will earn £12.60 per hour – equal to £26,208.00 salary. A UK driving licence is essential for this role!

Responsibilities:

As a Front Office Porter, your main duties are to provide guests with assistance in entering our hotel, greet them on arrival, and welcome them with a friendly approach. You will support the Concierge in moving luggage to rooms and communicate with the wider Front Office team to coordinate your approach.

To succeed as a Front Office Porter:

  • Experience working as a Luggage Porter, Door Person, Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial.
  • An organised approach, with the ability to handle large amounts of information and manage various requests simultaneously.
  • Drive to produce results; we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Willingness to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests.
