A fantastic opportunity for a Fitness Instructor to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square! You will earn £13.20 per hour, plus additional incentives for picking up classes, and you can earn additional incentives for 1-2-1 training sessions if you are Fitness Level 3 qualified!

As a Fitness Instructor, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the overall guest experience in our Spa and Leisure setting through answering guest queries.
- Being knowledgeable about Health and Safety regulations.
- Taking fitness classes with our guests.
- Ensuring our fitness areas are clean and safe.
- Going above and beyond to make sure guests leave with a smile.
To succeed as a Fitness Instructor, you will need:
- Experience as a waiter/waitress or server ideally in a 4 or 5* Hotel.
- An eye for detail - ensuring breakfast service is up to Kimpton standards.
- Drive to produce results, working together within the Kimpton family to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
