A fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join us at our InterContinental Edinburgh the George on a Part-Time contract! You will earn £14.60 per hour – equal to £30,368.00 salary, plus service charge.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that Burr and Co is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager.
To succeed as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will need:
- Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best.
- Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience.
- Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
