Luxury storyteller. Creative leader. Brand obsessive. Luxury is felt long before it is booked. If you know how to create work that makes people stop, look twice and want to be there, this is a rare opportunity to do it on a global stage. Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental, Vignette Collection and Kimpton sit at the heart of the IHG Hotels & Resorts Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio. Each has its own character, its own following and its own sense of place. As the portfolio grows, and as our Upper Luxury brands take centre stage, we are creating dedicated creative leadership to protect what makes each one distinctive and push the work further.
As Creative Director, you will set the creative vision for our luxury and lifestyle brands and be the senior creative partner to the people who lead them. Your thinking will shape campaigns, content, hotel openings and guest moments, from the first image someone sees to the detail they notice on arrival.
Reporting to the Head of Global Creative Services and based in Windsor, you will work across global and regional teams, with international travel part of the rhythm of the role.
What you'll do
- Set and champion the creative vision for the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, keeping every brand true to its own voice.
- Partner closely with brand, marketing and commercial leaders, bringing a clear point of view to the decisions that shape how we show up.
- Lead global multi-channel campaigns and content that build desire and deliver commercially, across owned, earned and paid.
- Raise the bar on craft, from photography and film to design systems, experiential moments and digital.
- Mentor creative talent and get the best from our studio and agency partners.
- Shape how creative works at IHG, including where new technology and AI tools genuinely add something, without losing the human judgement behind great work.
What you'll bring
- A career built in creative leadership, within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, travel, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
- A portfolio that speaks for itself, with storytelling and visual craft at a level our guests would expect.
- A genuine point of view on modern luxury and what makes it feel current rather than expected.
- Confidence with senior leaders, and the presence to take them with you.
- Proven success leading integrated global campaigns across multiple markets.
- The instinct to lead multidisciplinary teams and agencies well, and to build something that scales.
- Experience with ultra-premium or Upper Luxury brands is a real advantage, as is time spent on both agency and client side.
If you want your work to live in some of the most beautiful hotels in the world, and to lead the creative story of a luxury portfolio in its next chapter, we would love to see it. Apply now.
