The Manchester Deansgate Hotel is on the lookout for dynamic Conference and Banqueting Bartenders to join the excitement and become part of the IHG Hotels and Resorts family! Welcome to the Manchester Deansgate Hotel, where modern luxury travel meets the vibrant spirit of Manchester. Nestled in the iconic Beetham Tower, this hotel features 279 elegantly designed rooms with stunning skyline views. Enjoy upscale amenities, including sky bar Cloud 23, 2 Rosette Podium Restaurant, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, with 14 meeting rooms and over 1,800 square feet of event space.

As a Conference and Banqueting Assistant (Part-Time – 4 hour per week contract with opportunity to pick up extra shifts when available), we are looking for you to:

  • Work across a wide range of events such as Christmas Parties, Business meetings, Conferences, Charity Functions, Birthdays and Weddings to provide customers with excellent service.
  • Have flexibility of working hours, with late finishes and early starts depending on which event you are supporting.
  • Have some experience in an F&B environment – whether that be in a C&B department (preferred) or in a busy Bar or Restaurant.
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a guest focus at the forefront of your mind.
