voco St David's Cardiff have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Receptionist to join our Cardiff Bay 5-star hotel. The shifts pattern is from 20:00 β 08:00, 4 days ON, 4 Days OFF. You will earn Β£13.60 per hour, which is equal to Β£28,288.00 salary.

To succeed as a Night Receptionist, you will need:
- To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
- Part of the role is to serve alcohol to guests as required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Receptionist, Guest Relations, Concierge
- Experience with handling guests queries and complaints
- Experience using Opera PMS is a huge advantage
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
