Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection is on the lookout for a passionate Breakfast Chef De Partie to join the team! Joining the IHG portfolio in Summer 2026, this exciting new chapter marks the brand’s first property in London. Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool.

We are looking for someone who can work Part-Time, 24 hours per week across 3 morning shifts. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience:

  • Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to ensure consistent standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared in line with recipes, specifications and hygiene standards.
  • Assisting with stock control, rotation and minimising waste while maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie or similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for producing high-quality food.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • A positive, reliable and team-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
