At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Theo Randall’s award-winning Italian Restaurant, with an immediate start!

Located at one of the capital's most prestigious addresses, our hotel redefines traditional luxury, offering a blend of modernity and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its scenic views overlooking two Royal Parks, our establishment boasts elegant natural interiors and award-winning seasonal cuisine.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of one of London's premier dining destinations, delivering personalised service that exceeds expectations while inspiring and developing a talented team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead by example, delivering exceptional luxury service throughout every shift.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Inspire, coach and develop the restaurant team, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and teamwork.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, recognising preferences and creating personalised dining experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Sommelier and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Support labour management, stock control, scheduling and cost efficiencies.
  • Drive revenue through exceptional product knowledge, wine recommendations and premium upselling.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and luxury brand standards.
  • Take ownership of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

What we're looking for:

  • You'll be passionate about luxury hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience within luxury or fine dining restaurants.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
  • Previous experience within a five-star hotel or internationally recognised luxury hospitality brand.
  • Outstanding leadership and people development skills.
  • A strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and luxury service standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing costs, labour and revenue performance.
  • Food Safety certification (essential).
  • WSET or equivalent wine qualification (desirable).
