voco Grand Central Hotel is located in Glasgow’s city centre and features the biggest ballroom in Scotland along with our award‑winning Champagne Central Bar. With over 140 years of culture and hospitality, we provide an informal, non‑pretentious stay that leaves guests with a lasting impression.
As a Waiter/Waitress in the Champagne Central Bar, you will serve guests food and beverages with a positive attitude, handle customer queries or complaints, and work alongside the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Responsibilities:- Serve food and beverages to guests with a relaxed but attentive service.
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Availability to work 32 hours per week.
- Experience as a server, waiter/waitress, barista, bartender, or host in a restaurant, bar, or hotel.
- A thoughtful, hospitable approach that showcases personality and offers a laid‑back yet warm guest experience.
