voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel are looking for a Cluster Marketing Manager to support our iconic Glasgow hotels! Based in our office at voco Grand Central Hotel, you will be supporting both voco Grand Central Hotel and Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel.

Are you a creative storyteller with a commercial mindset and a passion for luxury hospitality? We're looking for an exceptional Cluster Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across a portfolio of luxury 4 and 5‑star hotels, creating unforgettable campaigns that drive revenue, elevate guest experiences, and strengthen brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic marketer who thrives on bringing luxury brands to life through innovative digital campaigns, compelling content, strategic partnerships, PR activity, and memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across our hotels, restaurants, bars, spas and events spaces, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium positioning and commercial ambitions.
  • From launching seasonal experiences and destination dining campaigns to driving direct bookings and managing influencer collaborations, play a pivotal role in shaping how guests discover and engage with our brands.
  • Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Finance teams, turning commercial objectives into impactful marketing activity that delivers measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven marketing professional with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.
  • Strong expertise across digital marketing, websites, social media, content creation, CRM, PR and partnerships.
  • A creative thinker with exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Commercially driven, analytical and passionate about delivering ROI.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects, stakeholders and agency relationships.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance as well as creating inspiring brand experiences.
